KW Home is proud to participate in the first Cottage Street Cultural Chaos event on Saturday, June 14, 2014 from 11 am to 6pm. We'll feature artist Kim Rosner at the showroom. Kim will show her latest collection: men's shirts that are repurposed into new clothes and accessories.
"Fashion needs to start leaving a smaller footprint. We must be kind to the environment and make beautiful things with what we have already. For this collection, I chose to explore the possibilities of reusing men’s shirting, deconstructing and redesigning them to the point of reusing even the scrap. I monitored energy use and tried to use renewable energy whenever possible."
